Place yourself in the vinyl groove of "The Human PERCUSSIONIST", & embark on a journey through the vast possibilities of the voice as a rhythmic force of nature in music. This project illustrates my work as a musical "drummer" of Hip Hop traditions, adapting to the spiritual & mathematical patterns of West African Drumming, Country, Orchestral Percussion, Jazz, Rock, Avant Garde, Indian Tabla Drumming, Middle Eastern Percussion, Lithuanian Folk, & Classical Chamber Music. These creative movements of Vocal Percussion consistently demands of the listeners & presenters of music to bravely push the boundaries of artistic expression. Deep Breaths, Subtle Cries, Ambient Percussion, Experimental Laughter, & Vocal Silence, all used in the spirit of a biologically advanced language of universal RHYTHM.

Enter into a CONSERVATORY of exploratory movements..."Dances Through The Larynx" demonstrates the ways in which I've utilized my vocal craftsmanship as an accompanist & musical foundation for many forms of movement & dance. My relationship with this highly expressive medium in its various styles is constantly expanding to include Modern Dance, Ballet, Fire Movement, West African Dance, Belly Dancing, Capoeira, Jazz, Breaking, & Improvisation. The voice & its energetic manifestations matching to the motions of the human body, a very unique relationship with the lyrical qualities of kinetic and highly meditative movements.

Glance through a GALLERY of deft & subtle communication. "ART Interpreted by Song" shows the vast connections made between my vocal discipline, Film, Video, & the Visual Arts. As a "Musical Interpretationist" in residence at The Creative Alliance @ The Patterson, I've been granted many opportunities to work with visual artists & filmmakers for a variety of events, showings, museums, universities, & galleries in Baltimore & abroad. Giving these works a living, breathing soundtrack or soundscape directly & perhaps even more importantly, "indirectly" with a great number of amazing visionaries, these mystical & creatively clairvoyant experiences have assisted me greatly in blurring the artistic lines between kinetic muses, original works, musical inspiration, & spiritual collaboration.

Listen to a sampling of our world's choir of human VOCALITY. This project illustrates a number of ways of expressing music, poetry, and art, all and more importantly, ONLY through the sound scape of the human voice. I'm always seeking to engage my artistry and techniques with other vocal disciplines such as Classical Opera & Voice, Throat Singing, Spoken Word, Experimental Extended Techniques, and other forms of Vocal Percussion. By doing so, my personal and universal repertoire of the vocal arts expands for the humble and greater purpose of creating an oasis of unity between ALL cultures.

"The Oral HISTORIES of Rhythms Abound" shows the capacities I've fulfilled as a teacher of music & the cultural craftsmanship of Beatboxing. By offering an alternative learning & teaching style through shared & COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCES, I've managed to find a mutual ground of musical respect between different worlds, whether I'm sharing my art form with the youth of an after school program, with the student body of a university, or in the warm company of friends and family.
